This is a vintage hand painted tea tin, tea caddy or small biscuit tin made in the USA in the 1930-1940s in a hand painted Pennsylvania Dutch floral design.

The flat back tea tin or tea caddy is indeed made of tin, and measures 7.5 inches high by 4.5 inches wide by 3.25 inches wide with a hinged lid and wood knob.

The interior is in excellent condition and the exterior shows almost no signs of use. The tea tin is very decorative and tole is very collectible. A great kitchen accent.
