Lovely Blossoms Leaves Cup and Saucer Royal Vale English Bone China 1960s Bone China
SKU:
This is a pretty English bone china cup and saucer made by Royal Vale, England, a division of Ridgway Potteries, in the 1960s with a botanical design that includes pretty blossoms and teal green, purple and brown leaves on white bone china with gold trim.
The cup is 2.5 inches high, the saucer is 5.5 in diameter and both are in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks and only minor signs of use on the saucer. There are 2 manufacturing flaws.
A transfer flaw seen on the closeup photo of the saucer... I thought it was part of the design, but see the transfer didn't take there, and a tin bit of gold trim on the cup was missed as seen in that closeup photo.
The pattern number is 7974.
A pretty teacup for your tea table with unusually colored leaves.
Lovely!
