This is an unusual spring Dogwood blossoms English bone china cup and saucer made by Royal Windsor, England during the short life of this division of Hammersley, England from 1971 to 1976 when the pottery closed.

The Dogwood design of the tree's spring moment of glory when the pretty pink tipped blossom with red centers appear and then disappear as the leaves push forth.

The cup measures 3 inches high and the saucer is 5.5 inches in diameter and is in very good +++ condition with no chips, cracks or gold wear.

The pattern number seems to be D1781.

Very pretty cup and saucer that recalls the beauty of spring for your tea table.
