This is a late Victorian to Edwardian era Wedgwood, England dark blue jasper or jasperware dip biscuit jar, biscuit barrel, cracker jar or cookie jar dating 1895-1910.

The biscuit barrel is of dark blue or royal blue jasperware dip with a classical design called Sacrifice Figures of applied white jasperware and silver plated fittings.

The biscuit jar is in the Globe shape and measures 5.5 inches in diameter by 9 inches high including the handle.

The marks are WEDGWOOD and Made In ENGLAND. The fittings are probably Sheffield, but the mark is unreadable but is EPNS silver plated. 

The jasperware dip biscuit barrel in in very good ++ used vintage condition with no cracks or restorations and the only flaws are only 1 tiny bottom rim chip and 2 line dents on the silver jar rim.
