This is a vintage art deco design signed rhinestone dress clip with a pylon shape of a bevel edged black plastic frame with an inverted silver triangle filled with rhinestones.

The dress clip measures 1.5 inches high by 1.5 inches wide at the base and is marked METL Reg.US.Pat.Off. on the clip and was made 1920-1930s.

The dress clip has no missing rhinestones and the clip hinge is tight and works well.
