This is a retro stainless steel tea diffuser ball or acorn shape with chain and hook.

The acorn shape tea ball was made in the 1960-1970s and is a better quality of stainless steel than later ones and has a twist and bump locking mechanism.

The tea ball measures ball 2.5 inches long by 1.5 in diameter chain & hook 5 inches long and is in excellent used vintage condition with no dents or problems.
