Victorian Era English Open Salt Master Rectangular Leaf Pattern Bottom 1890s
This is an antique Victorian English master salt dish in cut glass with an impressed leaf shape in the bottom.
This is a very old master open salt or salt dip, dating to 1890-1900.
The rectangular master salt dip measures 3.5 inches by 2.5 inches by 2.75 inches high, with beveled rims and corners.
The open salt is in very good ++ used vintage condition but it does have a small shallow chip on a bottom corner measuring approximately .75 of an inch. You can only see it if you turn the piece over. Otherwise very good.
Open salt dips make great ring holders, teabag holders or individual sauce or jam dishes at the table now.
