Teacup Trio Old English Rose Royal Albert Treasure Chest Series 1930s Sponged Gold
This is an absolutely gorgeous tea cup and saucer with matching plate by Royal Albert Crown, England in the Old English Rose pattern, made in the 1930s for the Treasure Chest series with luxe wide sponged gold trim.
The Avon shaped cup is 2.5 inches high, the saucer is 5.65 in diameter and the plate measures 6.65 inches in diameter.
All plates have the special gorgeous sponged wide gold trim and lovely lush pink and red roses.
The elegant and romantic bone china teacup, saucer and plate are in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There is some minor gold trim wear.
The cup and saucer have the 1927-1935 mark of Royal Crown China, but the plate has the slightly later mark of 1935-1946 when the Crown was dropped from the mark.
