Fancy Teacup Trio Aria Gold Laurel Wreath Castleton USA 1940s
This is a Castleton, USA gorgeous teacup trio or cup and saucer and matching plate with heavy burnished gold design made in the USA between 1941-1972 that is so versatile with any china settings.
The creamy white bone china cup and saucer with plate is in the pattern called Aria and features a gold laurel leaf and flower border design with burnished, heavy gold beaded rims, trim and cup foot.
The cup is 2.25 inches high by 4 in diameter, the saucer is 6.75 in diameter and the plate is 6.5 inches in diameter.
The design is influenced by the Rosenthal designers working at Castleton in the 1940s.
The teacup trio or cup and saucer with matching plate are in excellent used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or wear.
