This is an Edwardian era antique chalk ware half doll pincushion that was made in Germany 1900-1920s, or the Edwardian era or just after. 

The pin cushion dress is a base of blue satin with pink ruffles and a net over skirt. There are pins included including a Victorian white glass ball headed pin and several later faux pearl headed pins.

The doll has but a great item of antique or vintage sewing memorabilia and quite collectible.
