Crown Staffordshire Candle Holder Pair Flowers Vintage Hand Made 1940s Romantic Tea Party
This is a matching pair of bone china candle holders by Crown Staffordshire, England made in the 1940s in a hand made form called Staffordshire posy flowers.
The 2 pale yellow candleholders each measure 2.5 inches high by 3.5 inches in diameter and are each adorned with 3 hand made bone china roses.
I have seen this done at a factory and talk about labor intensive! All of the factories that did this have closed so this art is no longer done.
The candle holders have scalloped rims and gold trim and are in very good +++ condition. The only flaw are 3 tiny petal rim chips. They are really beautiful and what workmanship!
