This is an antique Victorian English master salt dish in cut glass with an impressed leaf shape in the bottom. This is a very old master open salt or salt dip, dating to 1890-1900. The rectangular master salt dip measures 3.5 inches by 2.5 inches by 2.75 inches high, with beveled rims and corners. The open salt is in very good ++ condition but it does have a small shallow chip on a bottom corner measuring approximately .75 of an inch. You can only see it if you turn the piece over. Otherwise very good.
