This is a neat large Christmas tree design on white teapot made in the 1970s.

The ceramic tea pot measures 7 inches high by 9.5 inches long and is 6.5 inches in diameter and would hold 6-8 cups.

The large decorative Christmas teapot has a pretty design of a Christmas tree... probably modeled after the famous Spode design of that name, in a paneled shape with embossed basket weave sections and gold trim.

The holiday or Christmas design teapot is unmarked but I believe was made in Japan.

The Christmas design large teapot is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks, but there is some tea discoloration inside and small dime sized tea stained crazing area in the pot. That is surface and doesn't go through.

A very fun and decorative piece and perfect for a cuppa. O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree....I see a holiday tea party coming! Cheers!
