This is a fancy luster and gold overlay pedestal cup and saucer with with heart cut outs or reticulations, seafoam or light teal blue green bands on white with metallic gold overlay and brushed gold trim.  

The fine porcelain pedestal teacup and saucer was made in the 1950s made by Norcrest, Japan. We had 8 of these and only some came with the original foil sticker in varying conditions, or none at all.    

The pedestal cup is 2 high andthe saucer is 6 in diameter and the set is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips, cracks and only very minor wear.
