This is a set of 6 hand made Coalport, England bone china place card holders with a pastel rose on each with leaves in their original box. Perfect for your next tea party. The floral place card holders were made in the 1950s and each measure 1 inches high by 2 inches long by 1.25 inches wide.

We watched craftsman making these at the factory workrooms in Stoke On Trent  and were amazed at the skill and time it took to make each part of these arrangements by hand from a lump of clay. The workrooms have all closed now and this is a dying art. Beautiful!

These Staffordshire posy place card holders are in in excellent used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or restorations to the flowers which is rare. The box has a bit of wear and evidence of being taped shut, but still works well to protect and store the place card holders.
