This is an Edwardian era souvenir tea caddy spoon, tea leaf spoon or tea scoop with an applied enamel shield on the handle for Blackpool, England a famous English seaside resort.

The silver plate over brass tea caddy spoon or tea scoop was made 1900-1910,  and is in very good ++ used vintage condition with some plate loss from use.

The tea caddy shovel measures 3 inches long and comes from a caddy spoon collection we acquired recently in England.
