This is a very fine antique English Edwardian era hankie or handkerchief made hand made in England or Ireland of fine Irish lawn made in 1900-1910.

The handkerchief measures 11 inches square, has a 1 inch border of doubled fine netting, French hemstitch seams and a border decoration of faggotting.

The hankie is in very good ++ used vintage condition with one small area where the netting has come loose and one small brown stain.

A lovely Edwardian accessory.
