The pattern is number 13848 called Drifting Leaves and is made up of design elements from Autumn Leaves and Pole Star with aqua leaves and platinum trim.

The pretty cake serving plate or plateau measures 4 inches high and 8.26 inches in diameter.

The pedestal cake plate or plateau is in excellent used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or wear and is an absolutely beautiful piece and VERY hard to find.
