This is a Shelley China, England British royal memorabilia tea or coffee mug commemorating the coronation in 1911 of King George V and Queen Mary of England, during Shelley's time at the Foley pottery.

The royal commemorative mug measures 3 inches high by 3 in diameter and features a lovely color graphics, portraits, symbols and dedications, and on the back mentions the Mayor and Mayoress of Morecambe who probably gave these as coronation gifts to important members of the community.

The mug is in excellent used vintage condition and a great item for you royal memorabilia or Shelley collection. I have had several of these over the years, but I think this is the nicest!
