This is a Royal Albert china, England cup and saucer in the English Country Cottages series called Norfolk for the English county. 

The bone china cup is 3 inches high, the saucer is 5.5 in diameter and both the cup and saucer are in excellent used vintage condition with a neat cottage and flowers from the county of Norfolk, England with gold trim.

A great cup and saucer from a great series that is hard to find for afternoon tea or display.
