This is a Shelley China, England New Cambridge shape cup and saucer in the Heather pattern  number 13419.  

The Heather design on the teacup and saucer is a landscape or topographical design with a green handle and gold trim made 1940-1966.

The colors are lovely and it is is very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks and only minor signs of use. A lovely tea table or Shelley collection addition.
