This is an antique English flow blue transferware plate in the Ferrara pattern by Wedgwood, England from 1900-1910.

The ironstone plate measures 9 inches in diameter and features a marine design of sailing ships in harbor with a mixed floral romantic border.

The plate is in in very good ++ used vintage condition with with one old rim chip as seen in the photo. There is also a bit of wear on the inside rim of the plate, and some utensil marks from use. 

A wonderful example of a gorgeous Wedgwood flow blue transferware design.
