This is an antique Victorian oval English master salt dish or salt dip in crystal with reeded, lobed or melon sides are they are sometimes called. This master open salt or salt dip dates to 1890-1910.

The oval master salt dip measures 3.75 inches by 2.75 inches by 1.75 inches high.

The salt dip has one very small shallow chip which is often the case with old salts but is otherwise in very good used vintage condition with very little wear.

A very nice old Victorian master salt and so versatile...so many uses nowadays...
