This is an neat and unusual cup and saucer by Shelley China, England with the symbols of the Masonic women's organization the Order Of The Eastern Star. The basic pattern on the sup is, fittingly, a pattern called Pole Star (or ocassionaly Snow Crystals) on the New Cambridge shape with gold trim. The bone china cup and saucer was made 1940-1966 and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or wear. A lovely set in an unusual pattern.
