Description
This is a neat set of 4 table mats or placemeats by Pimpernel, England each reproducing a famous painting by Constable laminated with a soft matte finish and cork backed. Each placemat or table mat measures 8.5 inches high by 11.5 inches wide, has a pale yellow border with metallic gold lines and edge trim on a rigid board. The designs are The Haywain, Flatford Mill, Dedham Lock, Dedham Lock and Mill and Boat Building Near Flatford Mill.  The table mats or placemats are in very good condition with excellent cork backs. The only flaw is a minor bit of chipping to the gold edge trim on 2 of the 4.
