ORDER PROCESSING/PAYMENT POLICY: After you submit your order, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your order was placed. If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order, we will let you know the amount when the order is confirmed.
If you are a US buyer paying by check or money order, your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock.
If payment is made by check, we will hold the item for you for an additional 10 to 15 days until our bank clears your check. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks.
Shipping time: USA CUSTOMERS: We usually ship in 1 business day unless a holiday or weekend intervenes. Personal checks must clear before shipment.
NON USA CUSTOMERS: checks or money orders WILL NOT be accepted.
NON US CUSTOMERS: We DO NOT ACCEPT Credit card payments from non US buyers, as the credit card companies do not share information. We will ONLY accept orders via Paypal, and ONLY from VERIFIED accounts, as that is required to be covered under Paypal Buyer and Sellers Protection Policy or my credit card through your Amazon account. Our 3rd party shipping insurance will not cover the transaction if it has not first met Paypal's requirements, so we won't accept NON VERIFIED Paypal payments. Our apologies about that.
If your Paypal account is NOT a VERIFIED account and you pay us, your payment will be refunded but we will keep a 3% fee to cover the fee Paypal will levy on our refund to you.
The sooner the credit card companies around the world cooperate, the better for all of us.
International shipments will take longer and be dependent on shipping method selection and the time customs and the postal service takes to deliver which we are not responsible for.
PLEASE NOTE: We have no knowledge of international customs inspection times, or duty charges. Those are the responsibility of the buyer.
SALES TAX: We will be adding sales tax to any order shipped to Washington state with amount based on your location.
OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing your order.
If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.
OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: We do not charge restocking fees.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY:
US BUYERS: Most items will be shipped by USPS-Priority Ins. We may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case. If combined items are shipped, we will refund the overage if the auto calculator goofs, which it sometimes does. If the shipping charge is incorrect, any overcharge exceeding $2.00 will be refunded.
NON US BUYERS: We will be happy to ship worldwide to any country not expressly prohibited by our international insurance policy and will be happy to quote prices for several shipping options by email. Several, but not all, international shipping methods are available at time of purchase. First class international must be requested, as there are weight, dimension and value exclusions. But please, ask. We will be happy to see what we can do. Also, in the event of combining items, please email for a shipping quote for international shipments.
CUSTOMS: Please be advised that we have no knowledge of customs regulations in foreign countries and any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times are estimates only because of the many variables involved in shipping internationally.
OUR DAMAGE POLICY: If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to keep all packing & original boxes and email us immediately with photos to begin damage claim process. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim. Do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us unless asked to do so. There is no restocking fee. You will be refunded through your original payment method if granted. Postage costs will not be refunded.
LAYAWAY: is always welcome. Terms are 20% down and balance paid within 3 months with a payment due each month. On large items terms are negotiable. Due to state laws payments cannot be made by credit card but only by check. Order cancellation or failure to complete incurs a 10% or $10.00 fee for the item being unavailable for sale, whichever is larger.
